PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE.
From the moment of the purchase, you accept the following license agreement:
The sound samples, graphics, scripts, and patch programming remain property of SoundProps. The patches and samples from this library are licensed and not sold.
You may use the sound samples within your musical compositions. You may release such compositions commercially, without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage. For example, if you use the sound samples to create the soundtrack of a television commercial; regardless of how many times the television commercial is broadcast you would never have to pay any additional royalties or license fees, because you already purchased a license to use the sound samples commercially.
Only the original purchaser (licensee) has the right to use the sound samples. You may not sell or give the sounds to any third party. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they, or anyone associated with the distribution of the music, may face legal actions.
