PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE.

From the moment of the purchase, you accept the following license agreement:

The sound samples, graphics, scripts, and patch programming remain property of SoundProps. The patches and samples from this library are licensed and not sold.

You may use the sound samples within your musical compositions.
You may release such compositions commercially, without payment of any further fees or royalties for such usage.
For example, if you use the sound samples to create the soundtrack of a television commercial; regardless of how many times the television commercial is broadcast you would never have to pay any additional royalties or license fees, because you already purchased a license to use the sound samples commercially.

Only the original purchaser (licensee) has the right to use the sound samples.
You may not sell or give the sounds to any third party. If you do, and they use the sounds within a commercial release, they, or anyone associated with the distribution of the music, may face legal actions.

Digital products such as virtual instrument libraries cannot be returned as is the case with physical goods.
Once downloaded from our servers, our instruments can’t be returned, so keep in mind that SoundProps won’t provide refunds on a regular basis.

We have extensive documentation available in our store page such as several video demos, user guides for all of the products, and also a detailed video explaining all the features included in our guitars.
Please check the product specifications before your purchase.

We cannot guarantee that our libraries will function outside of the specifications described on the respective product page.

If you mistakenly purchase one or more products without first checking that it will work with your computer or workflow, then we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Only If a product is found to be malfunctioning, and we cannot fix the issue, then we will offer a full refund.

SoundProps assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the user’s hardware or software from use of our instrument.
